Some of the greatest movies of our time are about the Mafia in the mid 1,900s. Classics like the “Godfather” or “Goodfellas” do a very good job depicting how the Mafia worked in that time period. What is not captured are the stories of their parents; The Mafia in the early 1,900s. This was a time of poverty and strong family bonding. Most of these stories have been taken to the grave, but luckily we have a very good one to share.

Hard Times is based on a true story. Albert, the main character, is no longer alive, but he passed this story down to his grandkids, one of which who wrote this story. As you can probably tell the grammar is not the best. We do apologize. We are not a professional publishing company trying to make a big profit.
